Company Profile Founded in early 1967 as Intercity Tool and Machine Company with its main product of gland rings for electrical conduit. Hessels Industries has become a diverse manufacturer of metal goods for  industries such as automotive, electrical, hair care, lighting, and defense companies. Our focus is to help our customers reduce costs by improving designs and by production efficiencies. In house tooling, and design keeps our costs down. Fourslide Operations:

Feeding, straightening, cutting-off and forming are accomplished with equipment furnished on each machine. With proper tooling and available accessories, additional operations can be had:

Size of Parts Formed:

Fourslide machines handle wire up to 1/2 “ in diameter and lengths to 32”, and ribbon metal to 2.5” widths (4” with modifications) and lengths to 16”. Minimum diameters run as small as .010”

Materials:

Practically any metal available in coils can be formed in Fourslides
